Play All Day (playallday.games) is run by DJayFresh. This page covers the site and every game on it. If you have a question about it, write to [email protected].
Playing without an account
You can play every game without telling us anything. Your progress, settings and scores are saved in your own browser's storage (localStorage) on your device. They aren't sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data for playallday.games deletes them.
If you make an account
An account is optional. If you make one, we store:
- The display name you choose. It's shown next to your scores on the leaderboards.
- Your passkeys' public keys, so your device can sign you in. Your fingerprint, face or device PIN never leave your device; we never see them.
- An email address, only if you add one. It's used to send you a sign-in link if you lose your passkeys, and to confirm the address. We don't send marketing email and don't share it.
- Your games' saved progress, so it can sync between your devices.
- Your scores, for the leaderboards and daily challenges, and your time zone, so a daily challenge changes at your midnight.
- Your signed-in sessions: which devices are signed in, described by browser and operating system.
The data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Sign-in emails are sent with Amazon SES.
Feedback
If you send feedback from a game, we keep the message, which game and page it came from, the game's version, your screen size and your browser and operating system, so we can reproduce the problem. If you give an email address, or tick that we may reply, we use it only to answer you. Feedback from people who aren't signed in is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam; Cloudflare's own Turnstile privacy notice covers what it sees.
Cookies
- Our sign-in cookie (
pad_session) keeps you signed in. It's only set when you sign in, lasts 30 days, and is renewed as you play. - Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see which games are played, on which devices. We see totals, not who you are.
- Google AdSense shows the ads on the front page. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure them.
Advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Where the law asks for it (the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), you're asked for your consent before ad and analytics cookies are used, and you can change your answer at any time.
Children
The games are suitable for all ages, but the site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. A child can play without an account, and nothing about them is stored with us. If you believe a child under 13 has made an account, write to [email protected] and we'll delete it.
Your choices and your data
- You can change your display name and add, change or remove your email on your account page.
- To get a copy of what we hold about you, or to have your account and everything in it deleted, write to [email protected] from the email on your account, or tell us your display name. We'll do it within 30 days.
- Signing out removes the sign-in cookie from that device.
We don't sell your personal information, and we only share it with the services named on this page, to run the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change in what we collect will be described here before it happens.
