Fuse Box is a switch puzzle set in an iron mains panel. Each switch flips its own lamp and the lamps its brass busbars run to. Get every lamp green, then throw the main breaker to restore the power.
The panel is a grid of lamps, each with a push-button switch, joined in pairs by busbars. Pressing a switch steps its own lamp on one stage, and the lamp at the far end of each of its busbars. Most panels have two stages, off and green. Three-stage panels go off, amber, green and round again.
Each press changes several lamps, so every move undoes something. The order of presses never matters, only how many times you press each switch.
The load gauge shows how close you are. When every lamp is green, the main breaker unlocks. Throw it to finish. The clock starts at your first press.
Par is the fewest presses that solve the panel, shown beside your moves. Reset puts the lamps back as dealt and sets your moves to zero.
Today's panel is the same for everyone. It is one of levels 3 to 6, picked from the date, and changes at midnight your local time. Only your first try is scored. Solving on consecutive days builds a streak.
Your time on today's panel is your score, and lower is better. The daily board ranks each player's first solve of the day.
